Critical Safety Information
- Use the EZ-Flow & Tub-bud Waste Oil Solution for waste oil only
- Never introduce petrol, brake cleaner, water, coolant, solvents, fuels, or other liquids into the unit
- Never store or operate the unit near flames, sparks, or ignition sources.
- Ensure the IBC or tub remains in good condition at all times.
- Do not place excessive weight on the unit.
- Always store the unit within a compliant bunded area
- Conduct regular inspections and immediatelty address any defects or leaks.
- In the case of an emergency, spill, leakage or fire, follow the site emergency and environmental response procedures.
Failure to follow there requirements may result in injury, environmental hard, equipment damage, or regulator non-compliance.

Ordering Process
When placing an order, ensure that all information provided, including shipping details and payment information, is accurate and up to date. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing, or suspicion of fraudulent activity.
Payment
All payments are processed securely. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods as specified during checkout. Orders will be processed upon payment confirmation.
Shipping
For online orders, shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be provided during checkout. We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by shipping carriers, customs, or other unforeseen circumstances once the order has been dispatched.
Returns and Refunds
We accept returns of unused, undamaged items within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Warranty
Our products are covered by a 3 year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by misuse or unauthorised modification or repairs.
